Veneto wine tours: Prosecco Hills and Valpolicella
Forty tours in two separate wine zones, 29 to 1,025 EUR, median 134. Venice looks at the Prosecco hills and Verona at Valpolicella, and the two are 70 to 90 minutes apart by train.
Forty Veneto wine tours, and none of their titles names both wine zones. The 20 Prosecco Hills listings and the 20 Valpolicella listings share a region and little else. The Prosecco days cost a median 164 EUR, last 5.8 hours and include lunch in 13 cases out of 20. The Valpolicella ones cost 92 EUR, last 3.2 hours, and nine of them are a winery tasting of under two and a half hours for 29 to 70 EUR. This page is for deciding between the two: what each costs, how you reach it from Venice or Verona, and when it makes sense. Then it hands you to the page for the one you pick.
The figures come from the listings as they stood on 30 September 2026, all sold through Viator by 27 operators. They are per person as the provider lists them. Where a private tour looks priced for the vehicle, the text says so, because 400 EUR for two people and 400 EUR for one are different purchases. I counted what each listing includes, not what its title promises, since 'a Prosecco experience' can mean an hour at one winery or a ten-hour circuit. The short version is in the box above; the rest of the page shows the working, with the map, the price chart, the transport table and the questions that come up most.
