Valpolicella E-Bike Tour with Winemaker Nicola and Amarone Tasting, Santa Maria Valverde
Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde, a winery boutique in Marano di Valpolicella, runs this e-bike tour itself. There is no intermediary and no tour operator: the same estate arranges the ride and the tasting. The guide is the winemaker, Nicola, who was born and raised in Valpolicella. He knows the land and its stories, and he knows the shortcuts through the vineyards that get around the car traffic. Guests can tell him which of the listed sights they most want to see, and he rides them there. The ride stops at the family winery in Marano di Valpolicella for the tasting. It covers red wines from the estate: Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone. Nicola shows how to judge a wine by sight, smell and taste. Cheeses and salami come with the wines.

Verona
Transport from Verona city center or Verona Porta Nuova station to Valpolicella and back can be arranged. Send a message after booking. Options are the public bus or a shared private van, at extra cost.
