Prosecco Road Wine and Food Day from Spresiano Station: Small Producers and Soppressa
A day on the Prosecco Road in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills, a UNESCO territory, led by a wine expert who is also an oenologist. She takes the group to hidden corners of the area and introduces the people who live and work there. The Prosecco comes from small producers with an exceptional quality standard, and the cellar tasting is paid separately (approximately €20). Local products go with it: soppressa, salami and other specialties, plus artisanal ice cream and a cappuccino the operator rates as the best on offer. Views over the vineyards run through the whole day. The tour starts with a minimum of 4 people.

Spresiano station. Trains on the Venezia Santa Lucia to Udine line run almost every hour, and the ride to the meeting point is easy and cheap.

Valdobbiadene
Sensory analysis and a guided tasting of 3 or 4 glasses of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, a cellar visit, and an explanation of the production process. The cellar tasting is paid separately (approximately €20). Depending on availability, there is also a visit and walk in the vineyard. The host winery, usually family-run, tells some of its own history and that of the area. Appetizers are served with the wine.

A panoramic drive along the Prosecco Road, with stops at the most interesting viewpoints.
