The day starts in Venice, where a Prosecco guide collects the group and heads out to the countryside. The road runs through the original Prosecco region, past local grapevines and the UNESCO-listed hills, with small towns and long rows of vineyards on both sides. The first stop is a traditional family-run winery. The winemaker tells the story of the production, and a tasting session shows the fresh, elegant side of the wine. A light lunch follows, built on typical seasonal products of the area. After a pause for photos of the hills and vineyards, the group drives to a second winery. There the producer explains the Charmat method and the history of this fruity wine. A second tasting closes the visit, and the aromas of the two wines can be compared side by side.
