Valpolicella Classica Winery Tasting in Negrar: Hand-Tended Vineyards and Cellar Tour
The vineyards at this Valpolicella Classica winery average 30 to 50 years old and are trained in the traditional Pergola Veronese and Guyot (Filare Speronato) systems. All the work in the vines is done by hand, from pruning to natural fertilization. The family does it patiently and with respect for nature. The visit is a guided walk through the vineyards and the cellar, following the wine from vine to bottle. It ends with a tasting of 3 or 6 selected wines, each one showing a different side of Valpolicella.

From Verona, a taxi from Piazza Bra or Verona train station takes about 20 minutes to the winery. The hotel host can also arrange the transfer. Transfer information is sent after booking.
