The group walks the cobblestone streets and visits some of the region's most prestigious châteaux. A WSET-certified guide goes along for the whole day. The subjects are terroir, how the wine is made and what sets the great Bordeaux wines apart. Tours and tastings are selected in advance and stay private. Saint-Emilion
Walk through the historic streets of Saint-Émilion, a medieval village and UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its history, winemaking tradition and the source of its reputation explained.
Saint-Emilion
Private tasting in a specialized wine shop in the village: main grape varieties, wine styles and the differences between the great French wine regions.
Saint-Emilion
Visit to a château ranked Grand Cru Classé in the 1955 Classification. The winemaking process is explained, followed by a guided tasting of selected wines.
