Wine Tasting on a Panoramic Terrace near Siena: Family Cellar and Tuscan Dishes
A few minutes from Siena, between the Chianti hills and the Crete Senesi, the tasting takes place on a panoramic terrace in the shade of an old white mulberry tree. The wines are poured by the family that makes them, in a family-run cellar where each bottle is tied to the land around it. Typical Tuscan dishes go with them, and the view over the countryside fills in the rest. The hosts tell stories about the wines and the territory, and the time is unhurried.
