Cantalici Cellar Tour, Early-1500s Brick Kiln and Six Chianti Classico Wines
Cantalici is a family winery in the Chianti Classico area, and the wines poured here are typical of the zone. The tasting is built around older flavors and the care of a family that has put its history into the product. A guided tour comes first. It covers the vinification area and the aging cellar, with explanations of production, company history and philosophy. It also goes somewhere most winery visits do not: an ancient brick kiln dating to the early 1500s. The visit closes with six wines, served with crackers, taralli and bruschetta dressed with extra virgin olive oil.

Cantalici Winery
The guided tour starts in the vinification cellar, with a short account of the company's history and philosophy, then moves to the aging cellar. It continues to an ancient brick kiln dating to the early 1500s. The visit ends with a tasting of six wines, served with crackers, taralli and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil.
