Vesuvius Vineyard Visit and Typical Lunch with Wine, Transfer from Naples Included
The producer behind this visit is one of the most important makers of typical wine in the Vesuvius area. A guide walks the vineyards and tells the stories behind them, and afterwards a typical lunch is served with several different wines. Transfer is included from any part of Naples or from the towns listed on the booking page. Transfers from Salerno, Caserta and Avellino are available too, quoted on request.

Itinerary
Vineyard Visit and Lunch
Pickup is from anywhere in Naples or another listed city, and the drive to the estate takes about 40 minutes. A local guide leads the walk through the vineyards and explains the growing stage, the grape type and the training systems. The visit ends on the main terrace or in the restaurant, depending on the weather, where a typical lunch is served with several wines. The menu: Starter: 'Pan e Pumarol', a typical bread with organic tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Main course: Pasta di Gragnano allo scarpariello (tomatoes, basil, cheese). Second course: grilled organic vegetables, provolone DOP, salami, bacon, olives, sun-dried vegetables. Dessert: Mum Angela's plum cake with homemade organic jam. The visit lasts about 2 hours in total.
