Five Wine Tastings on the Sorrento Coast with Cured Meats, Cheeses and Limoncello

A courtesy car brings guests to the mill, where the staff take over. The first glass is poured by the maitre with Mount Vesuvius in front of the table, along with notes on what each wine smells and tastes like. From there the tasting moves glass by glass through the vineyards of Campania and southern Italy. Each wine comes with local food: cured meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables. Limoncello and a mini tasting of Sorrento liqueurs close the session. A gluten-free and dairy-free menu is available on request.
