The visit starts in the winery itself. The hosts tell the story of the company and what it produces today, explain how wine and extra virgin olive oil are made, and show the machinery and barrels used. The tasting follows in a large room set aside for it, with seated tables. Four wines are poured, and bruschetta (toasted Tuscan bread) is dressed with two different extra virgin olive oils. A short walk through the vineyards is possible as well. The winery is in the Chianti Classico area, just outside San Casciano in Val di Pesa, with a large car park.

What's included
