Terre di Perseto Cellar Visit and Chianti Classico Riserva Tasting with Pecorino Cheeses

Terre di Perseto is a wine and olive oil farm outside San Casciano in Val di Pesa. The visit covers the cellars and the tasting room, and there is an option to walk among the vineyards. The tasting takes place in a large room with seated tables. Four wines are poured: two IGT Toscana, one Chianti Classico and one Chianti Classico Riserva. For each, the host explains how it is composed and what to expect in the glass. Two local pecorino cheeses, made from sheep's milk, accompany the wines, and water is included.
