Sorrento E-Bike Food and Wine Tour to a Massa Lubrense Farm with Mozzarella and Limoncello

SorrentoThe e-bike ride leaves from Sorrento and heads for Massa Lubrense along panoramic roads lined with greenery. The main stop is in Schiazzano, a small hamlet of Massa Lubrense, at the farm of the agritourism "Il Turuziello". There the hosts show how mozzarella and caciottine are made, and the cheeses go straight to the table. Alongside come other products of the farm: Provolone del Monaco D.O.P., nine types of flavored oils, fragrant bread and cheesecake. A glass of wine and homemade limoncello go with it. The route keeps to quiet corners of the peninsula, away from mass tourism. It mixes art, history and nature at the slow pace of a bike.
