Rosé is the wine that says most about Provence, and this tour is built around it. Azur Wine Tours is led by Erwan and Peter, local guides who specialise in Provence wines. The day goes behind the scenes at three emblematic, award-winning vineyards, with time to meet the winemakers. A masterclass in wine tasting and in the wines of Provence runs alongside the visits. The glass holds reds, whites and plenty of rosés, plus a few surprises. The group is small, with a maximum of 8. The pace is relaxed, and there is plenty of time for photos in the Provence landscape.

The wineries respect their terroir and traditions, and each has its own identity.
