Sitges Paella Class, Alt Penedès Bike Ride and Cava Winery Visit with Hotel Pickup
This is a cooking class with a bike ride attached. The day begins with about 10 km of easy cycling through the vineyards of the Alt Penedès and a tour of an ancient winery, then moves to the stove for a hands-on paella class. What guests get: - A paella cooked and eaten from scratch, the traditional way. - Wines and cavas to taste, plus a free glass of wine or cava. - Tips for improving a paella, and the recipe to take home. - Hotel pickup and drop-off at no extra cost.

Vilafranca del Penedes
A ride among the Catalan vineyards, a short tour of an old winery and a paella master class. Guests pick one of four paellas: seafood (prawns, calamari, squid and fish), meat, vegetarian (seasonal vegetables in a strong broth) or black (rice with squid and its ink, served with a garlic sauce of egg, oil, salt and garlic).
