Anna de Codorníu was the last member of her family to carry the Codorníu surname. In 1983 a cava with Chardonnay was created in her honor and given her name. This guided visit is built around her. It explains how cava is made, shows the architectural work of Josep Puig i Cadafalch, and ends with a tasting of three varieties of the cava named after Anna, served with appetizers.
