Artcava Cava Workshop: Disgorge, Cork and Label Your Own Bottle at a Penedès Masia

A hands-on half-day workshop in the world of cava, the Catalan sparkling wine. Guests learn how cava is produced, taste three or more varieties and take part in disgorging, corking and labeling a bottle of their own. The activity takes place at a historic farmhouse with its original facilities. The owners and friendly guides deal with guests directly, which keeps the session personal, and photos and videos are welcome for sharing on social media. Along the way the workshop covers the traditions and history of cava winemaking in Catalonia.
