Sella delle Spine Taurasi: Vineyard Walk, Cellar and Three DOCG Wines with Castle Visit
This half-day in Taurasi runs through the winemakers' own estate. It opens with a welcome coffee, then a walk among the vines and a tour of the cellar, where the production process is explained step by step. The tasting covers three DOCG labels, each served with its own food. Fiano di Avellino "Eugenia" comes with truffle fondue. Greco di Tufo "Don Raffaele" is paired with parmigiana. Taurasi "Vigna Piano d'Angelo" closes the table with a selection of Irpinian cheeses and cured meats. The day finishes at Taurasi Castle, for a look at the town's local history.

Sella Delle Spine
The estate starts with a welcome and coffee, then a walk through the vineyards and a cellar visit on how the wine is made. The tasting pours three DOCG labels: Fiano di Avellino "Eugenia" with truffle fondue, Greco di Tufo "Don Raffaele" with aubergine parmigiana, and Taurasi "Vigna Piano d'Angelo" with local cured meats and cheeses. A guided tour of the Marchionale Castle closes the visit.
