  1. Lisbon

A full day out of Lisbon in the Setúbal Wine Region, visiting some of its top cellars and tasting wine and other local produce. Choose between three wineries with tastings, or two wineries and a full lunch in a small family-owned village restaurant.

  2. Jose Maria de Fonseca

The internationally known cellars of José Maria da Fonseca, founded in 1834. Its history is explained and some wines are sampled. One of the oldest family-owned cellars in Portugal, now in its 7th generation. This winery is always part of the day.

  3. Quinta do Alcube

Quinta de Alcube, a small traditional family-owned winery active since 1913. Its wines are tasted and the agricultural side of winemaking is explained.

  4. Small family winery in Palmela

One of the other possible stops: a small family-owned winery in a village, the smallest of the region. It shows how winemaking was done and how it is done today.

  5. Casa Mae da Rota de Vinhos

Each of Portugal's 14 wine regions has a regional Mother House. Here the 24 wineries of the Setúbal region are brought together, so the different terroirs, styles and types can be seen and tasted side by side.

  6. Palmela
