Montserrat
Time in the monastery's plazas, chapels and sanctuaries and inside the Basilica, then the scenic Rosary of Montserrat walk to the sacred cave of Santa Cova. The Santa Cova funicular covers part of it, but the walk is still 45 minutes round-trip. A shorter walk to the Sant Miquel viewpoint or the Montserrat Art Museum is the alternative.
Vilafranca del Penedes
One of the Penedes region's boutique wineries, visited with the winemaker and the guide. Includes a generous tasting of 3-4 wines and cavas.
