  2. NAC Helicopters helipad, V&A Waterfront

At the NAC Helicopters helipad, a welcome drink and a safety briefing come first, then the walk to the departures terminal and the helicopter for the 40-minute flight. It leaves from the V&A Waterfront over the Atlantic seaboard, with Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles rising on the left above Clifton and Camps Bay. The route passes Hout Bay, Noordhoek and Kommetjie and rounds Cape Point, then returns along False Bay past Simon's Town, Fish Hoek, Muizenberg, the Constantia wine estates and Cape Town's CBD, landing back at the V&A Waterfront.

  3. DeMorgenzon Winery

After the flight, you meet your guide at the entrance and drive to Stellenbosch for a tasting at DeMorgenzon. The estate has played Baroque and early Classical music to its vines, winery and cellar every day since 2009, believing it affects the vine and its fruit. The award-winning wines include the DMZ Chardonnay, which won a best in world award.
