Afrivista Full-Day Wine Tour from Stellenbosch with Estate Tastings

Afrivista Tours has been taking people out to the wine farms since 1997, and every day starts with pickup in Stellenbosch. The guides are wine people first. Between tastings they talk about local culture, history and whatever else fits a day among the vines. The suggested wineries are Kanonkop, Muratie, Rustenberg and L'Avenir, but the route is not fixed. Groups differ, so the operator adjusts the day and asks guests to get in touch beforehand to confirm the exact itinerary. Other estates that often come up are Backsberg, Lanzerac, Glenelly and Remhoogte, among others. One practical point: there is no pickup in Cape Town unless it has been arranged in advance.
