Cap Classique Sparkling Wine Day from Cape Town: Small-Group Stellenbosch Estates
A full-day small-group tour built around Cap Classique, South Africa's bottle-fermented sparkling wine, also called MCC. The group visits boutique estates and sparkling wine producers, tastes at each, meets winemakers, goes into cellars and hears how MCC began. A lunch stop at a vineyard restaurant is part of the day, paid separately, with a wine tasting there. Pickup and drop-off are within a set radius of central Cape Town, and the small group keeps the day personal.

A drive through historic Stellenbosch, past the oldest university in South Africa, with mountain and valley views.
Simonsig
The estate that produced the first sparkling wine in South Africa. A vineyard tour and a tasting of iconic MCC wines, with lunch at the estate paid separately.
Villiera Wines
Home of the original Cap Classique Rosé. A cellar tour shows how MCC is made, followed by sparkling wines paired with artisan chocolates.
Mitre's Edge Wine Estate
An exclusive boutique estate, where guests meet the winemaker and pair Bordeaux-style wines with selected cheese.
Cape Town
The day ends with a gin and craft beer tasting or a glass of MCC at a popular sunset venue, depending on the day. Then drop-offs.
