Private Grape Stomping on a Chianti Family Farm with Lunch and Florence Hotel Transfer
Before machines, harvest in the countryside meant whole families crushing grapes barefoot in big wooden vats. This private tour brings that ritual back on a family farm in Chianti. The day includes a winery visit with wine tasting and a typical local lunch. Depending on the season, guests pick grapes or stomp them by foot, using fresh grapes supplied by the company. A complimentary stop in Castellina in Chianti, a village of the Chianti Classico area with artisan shops, is part of the day. Round-trip transportation from a hotel or apartment in Florence is included.

Tuscany Private Tour
A family farm hosts the day. The family shows how grapes are harvested and stomped, in the same spirit as the famous I Love Lucy scene. The owner, Silvia, prepares lunch while a guide shows the farm and explains the cellar, which dates to 1825, and how wine, extra virgin olive oil and honey are made. Lunch comes with four wines, grappa and the farm's olive oil, alongside homemade pasta, bruschetta, cold cuts and homemade biscotti.
