A private full day out of Cape Town that packs wine tastings, cheese tastings and a cellar visit into one trip. Round-trip transport from Cape Town is included, so there are no public transport timetables to work out. Tasting fees are not included. The route covers four wine farms in Stellenbosch for wine and cheese tastings. A cellar tour explains how the wine is made. There is also free time to walk along Dorp Street and De Braak Street in Stellenbosch.

Spier Wine Farm
A classic Stellenbosch wine farm with old trees, wide vineyards and a river, focused on ethical farming and creativity. Six wine ranges, including organic, vegan and Cap Classique, and a choice of three tastings in the Tasting Room beside the dam. Food ranges from picnic fare at the Farm Café to seasonal dishes at the hotel restaurant. Spier also holds one of the largest collections of contemporary art in South Africa.
Rust en Vrede Tasting Room
Rust en Vrede, a winery known for its reds, especially Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. The estate dates back to the late 17th century and follows sustainable wine production.
Delaire Graff Estate
Delaire Graff, a winery with vineyards, a hotel and fine dining, founded by diamond magnate Laurence Graff in the early 2000s.
Tokara Wine Estate
Tokara Wine Estate, pairing its wines with gourmet dining and views over the Stellenbosch wine region.
