  1. Les Arcs sur Argens

    The vineyards of the Var, around the village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens. The Côtes de Provence wines come from varied terrain, and more than 85% of this area is planted with vines. The guide shares a deep knowledge of wine growing and introduces the different grape types. Château Saint-Martin has made wine since the 18th century. Château Font du Broc has a superb underground cellar, like a cathedral. Domaine de Sainte Roselyne dates back to 1329. The route runs between vines and olive trees, with local specialities such as tapenade and socca. Restaurants nearby include Chez Bruno, known for truffles.
