Private Evening Campania Felix Wine and Food Pairing with a Sommelier in Naples
This private evening in Naples pairs 4 or 5 leading Campanian wines with traditional dishes. The sommelier explains the terroir and tells the history and legends behind the wines, a tradition begun by the Greeks and continued by the Romans. The host is an NWT sommelier. NWT employs only professional multilingual sommeliers, internationally recognized wine experts who graduated from the European School of Sommeliers and keep studying wine evolution and food pairing. The evening is also a lesson. The sommelier adjusts to the guests' level and requests: a basic or advanced approach to tasting a wine, with deeper analysis and discussion on demand.
