Private Driver to Salentein Winery and Lunch at La Azul, Uco Valley, Mendoza

A private chauffeur picks you up at your accommodation and drives between the two stops, then takes you back to your hotel at the end of the day. The first stop is Bodega Salentein in the Uco Valley. The guided visit (in English or Spanish) covers the vineyards, the production areas and the underground cellar. It is called the Salentein Experience and closes with a tasting of four wines that represent the terroir of the valley. Lunch is at Bodega La Azul. The menu has a starter, a main course, a dessert and wine included, cooked with local ingredients from home recipes that follow Mendoza cooking. The setting is small and homely, among vineyards, with a view of the Andes.
