Huentala Wines Gualtallary Lunch: Group Shuttle from Mendoza with Wine Pairing
Gualtallary, in the Uco Valley, is where this group outing ends up: the Huentala Wines estate, which mixes wine, cooking, art and mountain scenery in one spot. A shared shuttle leaves from Mendoza City. At the estate, the restaurant is Rastro by Huentala Wines, set among sculptures and vines with 360° views of the Andes. Lunch is a four-course tasting menu, each course matched with wines from the Gran Hat line, made from high-altitude grapes. The dishes draw on the long history of these lands and the people who still work them. The day is built around the table rather than a cellar circuit: a welcome in the winery, a look at the space, then lunch.
