Stellenbosch is the second-oldest town in South Africa, and a short orientation drive covers its historic buildings and oak-lined streets. Four estates follow: Spier, Rust en Vrede, Delaire Graff and Tokara. Each has its own tasting, paid on the spot, from a guided tasting among the vines to premium reds and a finish with wine, olive oils and mountain views. Lunch is not included.
