This private day trip from Lisbon goes through Arrábida Natural Park and its rolling vineyards, with a chauffeur at the wheel and a local expert as guide. The guide covers the region's history, culture and wine heritage along the way. Two handpicked family-owned wineries are on the route. Both work with centuries-old techniques alongside newer ones, and the people who make the wine explain sustainable viticulture and winemaking first-hand. Award-winning wines are tasted with artisanal cheeses. Between stops the road passes the Atlantic Ocean, limestone cliffs and green vineyards. Regional cheeses and freshly baked bread are part of the food, and lunch is at a hidden-gem restaurant serving Portuguese dishes (lunch is not included in the price).
