This tasting is led by a professional sommelier who works in wine marketing, so the aim is to understand the wine and not just drink it. The glasses are filled with native Campanian grape varieties, and the talk covers their history and the traditions around them. The format is interactive. There are wine trivia games, a look at common wine myths and a widening of the wine vocabulary, so that choosing a bottle in a shop or restaurant gets easier. The wines are also assessed with an evaluation method. Each pour comes with local specialties: three bruschettas and traditional taralli or chips. Children and guests under 18 are welcome. They get water or juice and share the same snacks, so families can take part together.

What's included

  • Local wines, traditional bruschettas, a little walk through the Gesu square, fun Wine games, tricky questions and answers
