08:00 AM. Pickup by private driver at your hotel in Paris, Reims or Épernay, then the drive to Champagne.
Moet Et Chandon
10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Private tour of the Dom Pérignon estate, its cellars and the villa, ending with a tasting of two cuvées: P2 2006 and Vintage 2015.
Champagne Chateau de Boursault
1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Private festive brunch at Château de Boursault, former home of Madame Clicquot, with seasonal dishes paired with Veuve Clicquot champagnes. A guided cellar tour, a tasting of three cuvées and a holiday gift from the estate follow.
Maison Ruinart
4:45 PM to 6:00 PM. Private tasting at a Champagne house such as Ruinart, Bollinger or Perrier-Jouët, chosen in advance according to your preferences.
Epernay
6:15 PM to 8:00 PM. Three-course dinner at a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant, with seasonal dishes paired with premium wines.
Paris
8:00 PM. Drive back and drop-off at your hotel in Paris, Reims or Épernay.
