Sobel's Winery
The day opens with a behind-the-scenes visit to Sobels Winery, a working farm vineyard. The winemaking process is explained from vine to bottle, and a guided tasting of the boutique wines follows. Wines can be bought at the source.
4 Pines at the Farm
At 4 Pines at the Farm, cellarmasters lead a guided wine tasting. Lunch follows at the restaurant, with the option to pair the meal with wines from the tasting, and panoramic views of the Hunter Valley.
Hunter Valley Gardens
A break in Hunter Valley Gardens Village leaves time for more wine, local spirits or gin. The village also has the Giant Wine Bottle, the British Lolly Shop and a run of small boutiques, handy for a treat or a gift.
Drayton's Family Wines
Drayton's Family Wines is one of Australia's oldest family-owned wineries, with over 160 years of winemaking history. The structured tasting comes with the story of how Drayton's connects with wine culture around the world.
