Cantalici is a family winery in the Chianti Classico area, and the tasting is held in its own setting rather than in a generic tasting room. The wines poured are typical of the zone. The format is informal. Each bottle carries the history of the family that makes it, and the tasting is built around those older flavors and the care that goes into producing them.
