A small organic family winery in Greve in Chianti runs on 1 hectare of olive grove and 3 hectares of Sangiovese, Syrah and Merlot. The visit begins in the vineyard beside the winery, where the history of Chianti Classico is explained. It moves on to the olive grove, then down into the cellar to follow each step in making Chianti Classico wine.
