Freixenet Cava Winery Guided Tour in Penedès with Two Cava Tastings

This guided visit takes you through one of the best-known cava wineries in the Penedès region. An English-speaking guide who specialises in sparkling wine production leads the way and explains how cava is made. The tour starts at the entrance of the winery and moves through the production areas. Over about an hour and a half you follow the process in order, from the grape harvest to the bottling of the finished wine, along with the traditions the house has kept. The visit ends with a tasting of two varieties of cava. Children under 18 are offered grape juice instead. After the tasting, the visit is over.
