Florence
Your private driver picks you up at your accommodation in a Mercedes and leaves the streets of Florence for the Chianti hills. The region is known for its scenery, its villages and its clean air.
Strada Statale 222 Chiantigiana
A private tour means you can stop when you want. Ask the driver to pull over for a photo of a hamlet, a castle or the hills in the afternoon light. A wine tasting can be added. You can reserve a winery of your own choice in advance, or leave the arrangements to the operator. With the option, the driver takes you to a wine estate where a local producer talks about the traditions behind Chianti, followed by a Chianti Classico tasting served with regional food.
Greve in Chianti
Greve in Chianti is a small town of cobblestone streets and old houses. Walk the alleys to the center, where artisan shops, local restaurants and wine bars wait, and take as long as you like. The driver is there when you are ready to move on.
Florence
After the villages and the tasting, the driver takes you back to your accommodation in Florence.
