The winemaker leading this tour talks about the wines of Piedmont from the inside, and one of the three wineries on the route is the cellar he owns with his family. All three are well-known producers in the Alba wine region. The group rides in an elegant van and is capped at eight travelers (a private tour can be requested). Pickup from a hotel around Alba can be arranged. The route calls at one of the villages in the Langhe hills, where there is free time and lunch is on your own.

What's included

  • Free time in at least one or more villages of the area
  • Three different wineries with premium wine tastings
  • Air-conditioned vehicle
  • A day with a local and friendly English-speaking winemaker
