The visit starts outdoors, with a walk through Vigna Manzotti. The slopes here are worked by hand, what the winery calls heroic viticulture. Along the way the hosts explain the local terroir and the philosophy behind the company. Then the group goes inside the winery to see how the wine is made. The visit ends with a tasting of six wines and local food. All ages can join, children included. For children and for guests who do not drink alcohol, the winery can serve alcohol-free drinks at a reduced price.
