Saint-Émilion Half-Day Minibus Wine Tour from Bordeaux, Morning or Afternoon, Max 8 Guests
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
BordeauxA minibus carries a maximum of 8 guests and an English-speaking guide from Bordeaux to Saint-Émilion on a 5-hour half-day tour. Two wineries are visited, one prestigious and one rustic: a Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate. At each winery the guide covers the history of the estate, then the technical installations, and finishes with the oak barrels and the aging process. A commented tasting of the château's wines closes each visit. At least 6 wines are tasted in total. Depending on the day, the snack is either a French apéritif (cheese, cured meat, chocolate and crackers) or sweet Bordeaux specialities: Saint-Émilion macarons and cannelés. The medieval village of Saint-Émilion is part of the trip, on a guided walk or as free time. The morning departure runs from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm, the afternoon one from 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm (give or take 15 minutes).
