Private Valparaiso and Viña del Mar Tour with Casablanca Wine Tasting, Moai and Funicular
A private alternative to the crowded tour buses from Santiago, with a flexible itinerary. A private guide collects you from your Santiago accommodation, and the ride is in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. The day starts in Valparaiso, a historic UNESCO World Heritage site. Hidden paths cross Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepción, with wide Pacific views and a ride on one of the city's historic funiculars. Viña del Mar is next: a walk along Avenida Perú, the original Rapa Nui Moai statue at the museum and the city's Flower Clock. The afternoon ends in the Casablanca Valley, at a winery such as Casa Viñamar, tasting cold-climate Chilean wines. The return to your hotel is by early evening.
