One day covers the Casablanca Valley, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. The route starts in Casablanca, a valley known for its wines, with a classic tasting at one of its main vineyards. Next comes Valparaíso, one of Chile's main ports and home to La Sebastiana, the house museum of the poet and Nobel laureate Pablo Neruda. An audio guide leads through each room, which hold collections of maps, curious objects and relics. A guided walk follows through the best-known parts of the hills of the Porteños, as Valparaíso's residents are called. The trip closes with a panoramic visit to Viña del Mar, taking in the Flower Clock and one of the city's traditional beaches.
