Private Prosecco Road Tour for 2 from Conegliano Station: 3 DOCG Wineries, Food Pairings
A private tour for two guests along the Prosecco Road, starting with a 10 AM pick-up at Conegliano train station and returning there by 3:30 PM. Three Prosecco Superiore DOCG wineries fill the day. The first winery opens with a private cellar visit that explains the vinification process, followed by a guided tasting where every glass comes with a food pairing chosen for it. At the second winery the group walks through the vineyards and hears about the estate's history and methods. The tasting comes with a light lunch or picnic of local cheese, salami, prosciutto and freshly baked bread. The third winery ends the day with a choice: a wine tasting, or a cheese tasting at one of the region's top cheese producers.

Piazza Aldo Moro, Conegliano
In front of the exit of Conegliano train station.
Conegliano
The day starts in Conegliano with a visit to the castle, which shows where the group is and why Prosecco does so well here. The guide explains the wine and the area. The first winery is close by: cellar visit, a step-by-step account of vinification, and a tasting with typical appetizers called "cicchetti" (bread with typical cheese and bread with typical salami).
Valdobbiadene
The route follows the whole Prosecco Road from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene. There the group visits the steepest hill and has the second tasting with a typical light lunch at the winery: an explanation of the estate, then tasting and lunch with cheese, salami, prosciutto, bread, focaccia and bruschette.
San Pietro di Feletto
The point where the rolling hills turn steep, and one of the best areas along the Prosecco Road. Time is set aside for explanations and photos.
