Private Prosecco Hills Tour with Osteria Lunch: 2 Family Wineries, Treviso or Venice Start
A food and wine day in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, UNESCO listed since 2019, run only with family-owned producers. The tour starts and ends in Treviso, Conegliano or Piazzale Roma in Venice. The first tasting is held outdoors. Prosecco DOCG is poured with a guide and served with cured meats and cheese. Lunch follows at an osteria with a view over the hills: starters, a first course, a second course, water and coffee. The second winery is a very small family business. The tasting there is a technical one, of high-quality Prosecco made from the original grape varieties. A small lunch put together for the group is served in a local tavern with a wide view of the hills.

The drive heads into the Conegliano hills, where the guide introduces the area, its leading wine and its food products. The first stop is the first winery, for a tasting.
Collalbrigo
The explanations continue through the day, and the lunch break lasts about an hour and a half. Water, wine, a first course and a second course are included in the menu of the day.
Farra di Soligo
Before the return to Venice or the starting point, the second tasting goes deeper: differences in terrain and production are explained over glasses of sparkling Prosecco DOCG.
