The first stop is Soul Growers, for background on how the Barossa came to be and a barrel tasting that shows how different barrel types change premium wines.
Elderton Wines
A vertical tasting of four vintages of Command Shiraz, a premium icon wine of the Barossa, plus a range of the winery's other wines. This is a premium experience.
Z Wine
Lunch at Z Wine is an eight-food degustation, each dish paired with a wine. The winemaker specialises in balanced, elegant wines.
