All-Inclusive Barossa Food and Wine Day Tour: Pindarie, Lambert Estate, Chateau Tanunda

AdelaideA guided full-day wine and food tour of the Barossa Valley, home to some of Australia's best-known vineyards. The first stop is Pindarie Wines for a tasting and morning tea. Free time follows on Tanunda's main street, then a photo stop at Mengler Hill Lookout. A second tasting leads into lunch at Lambert Estate. In the afternoon the group walks the grounds of Chateau Tanunda with a guide and tastes its wine. The day closes with a visit to Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. The guide shares some of the region's history with the group along the way. A temporary fuel surcharge applies to new bookings made from 29 April 2026.

Arrive at 9:00am and meet the driver by the entrance to the bus bays inside Adelaide Central Bus Station, 83-85 Franklin Street, Adelaide.
Pindarie Winery
Tastings of award-winning wines in the heritage Stables Tasting Room, then morning tea at the Grain Store cafe. The verandah looks over the valley, and coffee can be taken under the pepper tree.
Tanunda
Free time on the main street of Tanunda, with boutiques, galleries and local shops.
Mengler Hill
A photo stop at Mengler Hill Lookout, with wide views over the valley.
Lambert Estate
Lunch at Lambert Estate, which has vineyard views, local art and a balcony (in winter, a large open fire). The tastings come with family anecdotes and wine notes. A two-course lunch is followed by coffee and a chocolate port, the 'Chocolatier', which can be taken out on the balcony.
Chateau Tanunda
A short guided walk around the property, then free time in the gardens and the chateau, with a taste of its wine.
Maggie Beer's Farm Shop
Free time to browse Maggie Beer's souvenirs, or have a tea or coffee at your own cost.
