This private full-day tour pairs one high-end winery with an olive oil factory, in the wine regions of Maipú or Luján de Cuyo. The winery visit includes a gourmet lunch with wine pairings. At the winery the day covers the region's grape varieties, how the wines are produced, and how they are cared for, aged and bottled, with a selection of premium wines to taste. Later comes the visit to a local olive oil producer, where the olive oil-making process of the region is explained. The flight from Buenos Aires is optional. A driver meets you at Mendoza Airport and stays with you all day, or collects you from your hotel in Mendoza if you skip the flight.

  1. Mendoza

    With the flight option, pickup is at a central hotel in Buenos Aires, with transfer to the airport. A driver meets you at Mendoza Airport and stays all day. Without the flight, pickup is at your central accommodation in Mendoza. The day starts with the chosen winery in the agricultural oasis: a lunch with wine pairing, plus grape varieties, production, aging and bottling. Then the olive oil factory. The return is to Mendoza Airport for the flight back to Buenos Aires, or to your hotel in Mendoza.
