This private full-day excursion covers the wine route in Maipú, Mendoza. The driver waits for you at Mendoza airport and starts the day from there. The itinerary has three stops: Sin Fin Winery, an olive oil boutique (olivícola) and Finca Agostino Winery. At the olivícola the focus is olive oil production and the careful processes behind a top quality product. Finca Agostino is where lunch happens: four courses paired with the winery's wines, each dish built to match the wine beside it. An expert guide leads the visit in each winery and at the olivícola, explaining the history of the wineries and how their wines are made.

    Wine tasting at Finca Agostino.

    Lunch at the winery, served with Agostino Legado. This limited Malbec and red blend comes from a selection of the best grapes and barrels. It ages 18 months in first and second use French oak, then rests another 12 months.

  3. Olive oil boutique (olivícola)

    A visit to the Olivícola boutique, to see how extra virgin olive oil and pasta are made and how the oil is extracted.

Through the tour of the wineries, the wine tasting and the production process, you will understand the history of the place, the gastronomy and the customs. In addition to tasting the varieties of wine from the wineries, you will be able to access specialized guides in oenology to learn about the properties, techniques, irrigation systems, pruning and harvesting of the world of wine.
