Private Mendoza Day: Finca Decero Tasting and Susana Balbo Lunch at Osadía de Crear
A private chauffeur collects you at your accommodation and drives you to both wineries. The first stop is Finca Decero. You see the vineyards, hear how the estate approaches quality winemaking and taste a range of its wines. The guide explains what sets each grape apart and how the wines are made. Lunch is at Bodega Susana Balbo, in its restaurant Osadía de Crear, which the Michelin Guide recommends. The dishes use fresh local ingredients and come paired with a selection of Susana Balbo's award-winning wines. When the day ends, the driver takes you back to your hotel.

Finca Decero
Finca Decero is a winery in Mendoza focused on quality wine and on expressing the terroir. Its high-altitude vineyards are farmed sustainably. The tasting covers several grape varieties and explains the winemaking process and the philosophy behind the estate.
Susana Balbo Wines
Bodega Susana Balbo was founded by the winemaker of the same name and is known for its winemaking and its modern architecture. Its range runs from classic varieties to signature wines, many of them prize-winning. Visits and tastings show the work behind the wines.
